From time to time, you may want to directly communicate with your Publishers (and vice versa). You can do this right in the Socialie application!
To communicate with your Publishers (and vice versa), select “Messages” from the left-hand navigation bar. Once you select “Messages,” a pop-up window will appear in-app on the right side of the page. To close this window, select “Messages” in the lefthand navigation bar yet again.
In this pop-up Messages window, you can review and send new messages directly to your publishers. Click “+ New Message” to craft a new message, and search publishers or groups for recipients. You can click “Expand” beside a Publisher’s name in order to select the preferred communication channel, such as SMS.
Your Publishers can then respond directly via SMS or your other chosen communication channel.
When to contact Support
If the message fails to send for any reason, you will see an icon indicating that there was an error in sending the message.
