During review, content can be:
- Approved
- Rejected
Approval status determines availability.
What Approval Means
When UGC is approved:
- It is marked as approved
- It becomes eligible for organization and use
- It may move into standard PhotoShelter workflows
Approval does not automatically distribute content.
What Rejection Means
When UGC is rejected:
- It is not available for use
- It does not move forward in workflows
- It remains excluded from downstream tools
Rejected content cannot be published.
