PhotoShelter Analytics is an in-product dashboard that gives Library staff access to important metrics about how users are interacting with their PhotoShelter account.
You can find the Analytics dashboard by navigating to Admin > Reports > Analytics.
The Analytics Dashboard
Your analytics dashboard contains six data visualizations:
- Daily Uploads
- Top Search Terms
- Downloads by File Type
- Daily Downloads
- Daily Searches
- Most Popular Downloads
Daily Uploads
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- The line chart tracks daily uploads to your account via the Library, Portal, and Workspaces combined for the specified time period
- Hover over a specific point to see the corresponding number of uploads for a specific date
Top 10 Search Terms
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- This bar chart tracks the top 10 search terms in the Library and Portal combined for the specific time period
Downloads by File Type
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- This donut chart displays the breakdown of image, video, audio or document files downloaded from your account (Library, Portal, and Workspaces)
Daily Downloads
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- A line chart that shows daily downloads from your account (Library, Portal, and Workspaces combined) for the specified time period
- Hover over a specific point to see the corresponding number of downloads for that day
Daily Searches
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- A line chart that provides a count of searches performed by all users across your account (Library, Portal, and Workspaces) for the specified time period
- Hover over a specific point to see the corresponding number of searches for that day
Most Popular Downloads
- Dates can be adjusted in 7, 30, 90 or 365-day increments
- This dashboard provides a ranked list of the most popular downloads from your account (Library, Portal, and Workspaces combined) for the specified time period
- Clicking an image URL will redirect you to that image in your Library
- You can also download a CSV of the most popular downloads in your account for a given time period
