Changing the Sort Order of Images, Galleries and Collections

Lumen's default sort order is Alphabetical A-Z. To adjust the sort order, click the the Sort option at the top of the right pane. 

You can also reverse the order of your images, galleries or collections using the reverse sort arrows next to the Sort option.

Other Sort options include Date Created - Old to New and Date Modified - Old to New. You can also choose to display Collections or Galleries first, depending on your preference. 

Custom Sort

Library Staff can custom sort Collections and/or Galleries. Custom sort is a great option if you're looking to control the sequence of Collections, Galleries or files that your end-users see on the Portal. 

To custom sort a Collection or Gallery:

1. Select a container (Collection or Gallery) in the Library tree
2. Click the Sort option in the right pane
3. Select Same as Portal and click Edit
4. Select a container, then drag and drop the container into your preferred order
5. Click Save when finished
